The popular Dymov sausages and meat delicacies are familiar to almost everyone. This is a complex and large-scale production, employing thousands of people. Problems of distributed business
The Dymov Group of Companies is one of the largest players in the Russian food market. Dymov owns several livestock complexes, three factories and its own restaurant of Russian cuisine. The company also supplies products to the EU and produces meat products in Israel.

The relatively small number of users working in Dymov Ceramics and the agro-projects of Dymov Group of Companies did not allow for the formation of a separate infrastructure for each project. In addition, the geographical distribution complicated the maintenance. It was labor-intensive for the client to purchase equipment and provide companies with exactly as much capacity as they really needed.
How to Make Migration Easy
The problem was solved with the help of the public cloud Elastic Cloud. Dymov Keramika and Dymov Agro transferred 1C databases to the MWS cloud. The business received the necessary resources without overpaying for idle capacities, maintenance costs and equipment upgrades.
Test Virtual Infrastructure
After a positive migration experience, the group's IT department moved on to solving other problems:
